We all need to be moved, to have our spirits uplifted, to keep the faith, whether in troubled times or in life itself. Anyone have any such sayings that can move us, or at least one of us in need? 

As for me, I remember Khalil Gibran and his sermon on SELF-KNOWLEDGE, and I quote:

- On Self-Knowledge And a man said, "Speak to us of Self-Knowledge."
